This includes fresh fish like barracuda, mackerel, and lobster, strimp, crayfish, Sinus fish, red snapper fish, croaker fish, cat fish etc.  as well as dried products such as dry crayfish, dry fish, and other seafood items, available in wholesale and bulk quantities.

Yes, we ship our seafood products worldwide from our base in Limbe, Cameroon. We partner with trusted logistics companies to ensure fast and reliable shipping to Europe, North America, Asia, Africa, and other global destinations.

 

We take great care in packaging our seafood products. Fresh items are packed in temperature-controlled, insulated containers to preserve freshness during transit. Our dried products, such as crayfish and dried fish, are securely packaged to avoid damage. We ensure that all shipments meet international food safety standards.

Orders can be canceled or modified before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Once you submit your order inquiry, we will provide you with a detailed quote that includes shipping fees. For larger wholesale orders, we may offer discounted shipping rates.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Local deliveries (within Cameroon): 1-3 business days.
  • International deliveries:
    • Europe & North America: 3-7 business days
    • Asia & Middle East: 5-10 business days
    • Africa & surrounding regions: 3-5 business days Please note that customs processing or other unforeseen delays may affect these timeframes.

Yes, depending on your location, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or other customs fees when receiving your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the products or shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for fresh seafood or dried goods once they have been shipped. However, if you encounter any issues with your order (such as receiving the wrong product or damaged items), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment, and we will work to resolve the issue.
